Zaher is a labor and employment attorney with experience representing employers in all facets of labor and employment law. His practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims, as well as wage and hour class actions in California state and federal courts. His work is concentrated in the healthcare, banking, grocery, fitness club and manufacturing industries. A native Spanish speaker with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language from Berkeley, Zaher finds ease in communicating with his Spanish-speaking clients and witnesses. Spanish is the second most spoken language in California and predominant in California’s workforce. This crucial skill eliminates the need for a translator and creates a more personal experience between Zaher, his clients and witnesses.
