Mike's primary practice area is antitrust and other complex commercial litigation, including cases involving monopolization, restraint of trade, sports antitrust, labor/antitrust, dealer termination, aftermarket, business torts and fiduciary issues, as well as cases involving Article 2 (sales) of the Uniform Commercial Code, intellectual property and insurance coverage. Mike has substantial litigation and trial experience in complex commercial and class action litigation. He has tried cases involving, for example, price fixing and group boycotts, dealer terminations, competitive bidding, restrictive covenants, letters of credit, software development and numerous other contract and tort issues. Mike also has been regularly involved in counseling clients on dealer relations, the purchase and sale of goods and other issues relating to vendor-customer relationships.
Mike has been a chair and participant in numerous professional programs involving antitrust issues, and for many years served as Chair of the Sports, Labor and Entertainment Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section.
