Marc Lévy is a partner in the firm's Paris office and advises on all aspects of EU and French competition law with a particular focus on antitrust litigation. He has brought, and defended a number of actions based on competition law and wider EU and public law issues before French courts and in Europe and been involved in leading cases in the healthcare, betting and gaming, films and tourism sectors dealing with abuse of market power, licensing arrangements, cartels, follow-on damages claims and regulatory issues.
