Donna is a senior paralegal in the U.S. Commercial Litigation Group. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, drafting and/or answering discovery documents, conducting legal research using Westlaw and Lexis, assisting with development of case strategy to include analysis of client materials and document productions, making recommendations and directing implementation of changes to policies and/or procedures regarding case management, lead paralegal in potential nationwide class action lawsuit involving allegations of FMLA violations, managing litigation hold process for national client including identification of key personnel, issuing preservation memorandum and reminders, responding to recipients inquiries regarding preservation policies and procedures; directing document productions including electronic reviews and performing quality assessments of processed data; management of document databases, assisting attorneys with identifying case appropriate technology for use during the course of litigation and trial, conducting witness interviews and workplace investigations, reviewing medical, employment, educational and criminal documents for discrepancies and undisclosed information; and performing background investigations on plaintiffs and witnesses.
