Mason is an associate in Reed Smith’s Houston office and a member of the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes and counseling, especially within the energy and commodities industries. Mason’s experience includes merger and acquisition disputes, commodity trading litigation, construction disputes, pre-litigation strategy, and research and advice relating to breach of supply agreements across the energy and commodities sector.
