Bonnie is an associate in Reed Smith's Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Financial Services Litigation. Bonnie’s practice primarily consists of representing financial industry clients in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolutions, and particularly in matters involving Ponzi schemes, securities lending, consumer protection, class actions, and mortgage lending and servicing. Bonnie also has experience in general commercial litigation, including commercial tort and statutory claims, and construction disputes for companies operating across the U.S. and internationally. Additionally, her practice involves counseling clients from a rage of industries on the development of policies and procedures for the preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information. Bonnie completed a client secondment with TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. in June of 2014, and has an active pro bono practice. During law school, Bonnie worked as a summer associate at the firm and as a law clerk at Scottsdale Healthcare in the areas of compliance and risk management.
