Nicole joined Reed Smith in 2016 and is a member of Reed Smith's Global Corporate Group, focusing on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She represents clients in a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including design, drafting, operation, compliance, government filings, communications, and administration of tax-qualified benefit plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plan, executive and equity compensation arrangements, and welfare benefit plans. A substantial portion of Nicole's practice also includes advising employers with respect to employee benefits, executive compensation, and equity-related matters that arise in corporate transactions, such as initial public offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
