Amy is an associate in Reed Smith’s Commercial Litigation Group, resident in the Philadelphia office. Amy’s commercial litigation experience is diverse and includes handling matters involving breach of contract, product liability, business torts, intellectual property, financial services, restrictive covenants, class actions, and other complex business disputes. She has experience at all stages of litigation in both federal and state trial courts around the country and has developed particular expertise in representing clients in New Jersey. Her litigation experience also extends to appellate courts, administrative agencies, arbitration tribunals and mediation panels.
