Anne is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group in our Richmond office. She concentrates her practice in education law, with a particular focus on special education law compliance. Anne has successfully defended numerous school divisions across the state of Virginia in both state and federal government investigations arising out of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. She has also presented at several conferences on general and special education issues, including conferences hosted by the Virginia School Boards Association and the Virginia Council of Administrators of Special Education.
