Christoph has longstanding experience in advising national and international clients on prosecution, portfolio management, licensing and infringement matters,in particular pertaining to trademarks, designs, copyrights and unfair competition.
A strong focus of his work is on IP litigation. Christoph has longstanding experience in representing clients in high-profile disputes before the German and European Union authorities and courts. He represents clients in the relevant German infringement courts (first instance and appellate proceedings), the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the European Courts (General Court and CJEU) in all matters concerning trademark, design and copyright law as well as unfair competition law.
Christoph represents clients from the high-tech sector, financial investors, as well as clients from the media and entertainment industries in all matters of “Soft” IP. Christoph also advises major fashion and retail companies from countries around the world doing business in Germany and the EU in trademark, design and unfair competition matters.
