Alicia’s team leads the design and development of Reed Smith’s award-winning professional development and behavioural change programmes, delivered across the Europe, Middle East and Asia region of the firm. The team works closely with the firm’s Knowledge Management and Risk & Compliance teams – and across all its practice groups and departments – to meet the firm’s training and professional development needs.
Alicia brings leadership development best practice to the heart of our client relationships, working directly with CRL partners and collaborating with our client development team. The bespoke workshops she runs help our clients master the management and communication skills required within a legal and corporate environment. Alicia and the team have a wealth of experience working with corporates and multinationals, delivering custom, on-site leadership and management development workshops to senior executives as well as lawyers. Her business skills workshops also focus on coaching, mentoring and guiding employees and executives, and teaching them the skills they need to excel in today’s business world.
Outside of L&D, Alicia is widely recognised as an inspirational leader in the world of diversity and inclusion. She sits on the firm’s Diversity Committee, its Responsible Business Committee and she works closely with the leadership team of WINRS – the firm’s global women’s initiative network. She has created opportunities to bring all the employee affinity networks together to learn and share best practices, and to become allies for each other.
