Shannon is an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. She represents clients in a variety of general employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including compliance of qualified plans, documentation of nonqualified plans and executive compensation arrangements, and guidance on day-to-day plan administration. Shannon also advises on employee benefits matters in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other investment transactions.
