Dina is a senior associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group, practicing in international arbitration and investor-state dispute resolution. She has participated in a wide variety of large-scale and complex international arbitration cases, including those under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) UNCITRAL and PCA, across a variety of sectors, including natural resources, energy, banking, transportation and finance.
Dina advises on issues of public international law under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.
Dina is a qualified Russian lawyer with extensive experience of in-house counsel advising on the full range of legal issues, including contracts, tax, intellectual property law, employment law, insurance, litigation and arbitration. She acted before courts for organizations and individuals while practicing in Russia.
Dina has also acted in a number of high profile cases before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Lausanne) and served as arbitrator at the Sport Arbitration Court (Moscow).
Dina has written on international investment arbitration law issues and is a guest lecturer at a foreign state university.
