Dina is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group, practicing in international arbitration and in investor-state dispute resolution. She has participated in a wide variety of large-scale and complex arbitration cases, including those under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, across a variety of sectors including natural resources, energy, banking, transportation and finance in commercial and investment arbitrations.
Dina advises on issues of public international law under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.
Dina is a qualified Russian lawyer with extensive experience of in-house counsel advising on the full range of legal issues including contracts, tax, intellectual property law, employment law, insurance, litigation and arbitration. She acted for organisations and individuals before courts when working in Russia.
Dina acted in a number of high profile cases before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Lausanne) and served as arbitrator in several proceedings at the Sport Arbitration Court (Moscow).
