Regina is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. She has experience defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in major litigations, including vaginal mesh, testosterone replacement therapy, and proton pump inhibitors. Her experience extends to both mass tort litigations in federal Multi-District Litigation practice as well as state courts.
She has also worked on other litigation matters including a wrongful termination case and breach of fiduciary duty matter.
In addition to her mass tort litigation, Regina has maintained a pro bono practice representing indigent Philadelphia residents. She volunteers with Philly VIP working on preventing homelessness in Philadelphia and has volunteered with the Support Center for Child Advocates. Regina is the President and Board Chair of the Board for the Legal Clinic for the Disabled, an agency dedicated to protecting the legal rights of disabled individuals in Philadelphia. Through LCD, Regina has performed pro bono work to assist families in obtaining guardianship over their incapacitated adult children.
