Regina is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability litigation. She has experience defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in major litigations, including vaginal mesh and testosterone replacement therapy.
She has also worked on other litigation matters including a wrongful termination case and breach of fiduciary duty matter.
In addition to her mass tort litigation, Regina has maintained a pro bono practice representing indigent Philadelphia residents through programs such as Reed Smith’s Tangled Title Team. She also volunteers with Philly VIP working on preventing homelessness in Philadelphia and has volunteered with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
Regina is the Secretary of the Board for the Legal Clinic for the Disabled, an agency dedicated to protecting the legal rights of disabled individuals in Philadelphia. Through LCD, Regina has performed pro bono work to assist families in obtaining guardianship over their incapacitated adult children.
