Avery has experience litigating a variety of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of covenant not to compete, unjust enrichment, and fraud, before state and federal courts and the International Chamber of Commerce. Avery’s responsibilities have included researching discrete legal issues, drafting pleadings and briefs in both state and federal courts, and assisting in all stages of discovery.
