He advises corporates, funds and finance majors on a cocktail of financing diets including fund finance, leveraged finance and private credit. He has experience advising foreign governments, arrangers and issuers in connection with international debt and equity offerings, including Rule 144A, Regulation S, U.S. private placements and high yield bonds.
