As an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Real Estate Group, Ella focuses on commercial property matters in the UK.
Ella has experience working on a wide range of matters, including development, landlord and tenant and general property management. She also works on purchase and sale transactions.
Whilst she is developing experience across the full range of commercial asset classes, she has a particular interest in the hospitality and office sectors.
In addition to her real estate workload, Ella also undertakes a range of pro bono work and co-manages the firm’s relationship with Schools Consent Project, one of the firm’s growing pro bono partnerships.
