Grace is an associate in the firm’s Global Corporate Group, practicing primarily in the area of private fund formation and operation. She represents private investment funds in fund formation process and in structuring and documenting co-investment and incentive schemes for their executives. She also represents fund managers and placement agents in relation to private placement of securities. She advises fund managers on all aspects of U.S. regulatory issues pertaining to fund formation and on matters pertaining to U.S. Securities Act and the U.S. Investment Advisers Act. She also advises on compliance issues and regulatory filings, including Form ADV filings.
