Christine’s practice focuses on regulatory, enforcement and transactional matters related to commodities, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies, including advice on relevant legislative and regulatory proposals.

Christine has significant experience advising financial and commercial market participants in connection with commodities and derivatives regulatory and enforcement matters. She focuses on issues relating to the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC regulations, including trading and clearing-related matters at CFTC-regulated exchanges and clearinghouses.
