Christopher is a specialist construction and engineering lawyer whose practice includes advising developers and funders in relation to construction projects, and advising developers, EPC contractors and plant manufacturers in relation to energy and natural resources projects, including gas, mining, nuclear and renewables.
Christopher has advised on contracts relating to the design and construction of a variety of project types, including onshore and offshore wind farms, bridges, anaerobic digestion plants, power plants, mixed-use developments, office fit-outs, large-scale solar parks and nuclear plants. Christopher has experience of working with bespoke contracts as well as FIDIC, NEC, JCT and other standard forms of construction contract. Christopher has worked with a broad range of clients including engineering companies, funders, developers and corporate end users.
Chris is recognised as a Rising Star by the London Super Lawyers List for Construction and Civil Engineering and is described by Legal 500 UK 2019 as ‘highly recommended’ with “solid knowledge and understanding in the energy sector”.
