Sasha is an associate in the firm's Global Commercial Disputes Group; her experience lies in the area of complex commercial litigation and frequently involves international business transactions and global jurisprudence. Sasha has also handled a wide range of cases in state and federal courts – on behalf of an array of clients engaged in the manufacturing, health care and financial services industries – involving diverse areas of litigation, including securities litigation, tax, shareholder actions, commercial breach of contract, fraud, RICO, personal injury, First Amendment, and general commercial litigation. She has advised both foreign and domestic clients on the nuances of the European legal system and its implications on U.S. litigation and, specifically, the discovery process, as she maintains her proficiency in the state court discovery practice.
She has acted as lead counsel in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and handled matters in alternative dispute resolution forums and before foreign tribunals.
