Zalika is an associate in Reed Smith's New York office and is member of the firm’s IP, Tech & Data Group.  Zalika is an experienced litigator with a particular focus on defending financial institutions and corporations in all phases of consumer based litigation in New York and New Jersey, state and federal courts. Zalika has experience litigating and arguing complex financial services litigation matters concerning lender liability, consumer fraud, and violations of federal and state consumer protection statutes and regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Zalika has represented a broad variety of corporate defendants in consumer class actions and commercial litigation involving large amounts of electronic data collection and storage.
