Chrystal is a member of the Financial Industry Group and Bankruptcy and Commercial Restructuring Group. Her work focuses on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy law, financial services litigation, corporate reorganizations and commercial transactions. She represents secured and unsecured creditors in state and federal litigation, as well as chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases in a range of industries including, real estate, shipping, energy, insurance and manufacturing. She has represented chapter 11 debtors, including Ener1, Inc., New Stream Secured Capital, Inc., Rapid American Corp., and Taylor-Wharton International LLC. Chrystal also represents creditors’ interests in commercial transactions including the financing, sale and assignment of equipment, and advises clients on responses and inquiries from government agencies.
