Michael is counsel in Reed Smith’s Complex Litigation Group, where his practice focuses on civil, criminal, and appellate litigation and related investigations.  Michael has served in several diverse roles that provide him with a deep strategic insight into resolving his client’s challenges and advancing their interests, including as a prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney; as counsel for civil plaintiffs and civil defendants; and as a hearing examiner, juror, and judicial law clerk.
