Gretchen is a result-driven litigator and trial attorney who represents companies in complex employment-related and business disputes.  Gretchen represents an array of clients in the energy, financial services, healthcare, and communications industries as well as colleges and universities across a broad spectrum of proceedings, including pretrial hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.  Gretchen recently second-chaired two jury trials to verdict.
