Deborah is a senior paralegal in the Employment & Labor Group. She primarily handles employment litigation matters involving claims of race, age, disability, and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and collective/class wage and hour claims filed in both federal and state courts. She has extensive experience in assisting with internal investigations where complaints of discrimination and/or whistleblower claims have been made. Deborah manages multi-plaintiff and class actions matters as well as large portfolios of cases for several clients. She assists with responding to charges of discrimination filed with administrative agencies, as well as preparations for interest and grievance arbitrations and injunction hearings. Deborah assists with all phases of discovery including preparing discovery responses and document productions as well as preparing for depositions. Also, Deborah routinely drafts pleadings for filing in federal and state courts. Deborah has served as the lead paralegal on several federal court jury trials and regularly prepares cases for arbitration.
