Travis defends financial services clients in class action cases in courts throughout the country. He also oversees teams of dozens of attorneys litigating hundreds of individual consumer finance cases nationwide in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums. These cases are typically brought under the FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, ECOA, TILA, RESPA, or state law equivalents, but also often include common law claims such as negligence, fraud, defamation and breach of contract, among others.
