Reginald is an associate in the Financial Industry Group, specializing in the areas of restructuring and insolvency and complex litigation. He focuses his practice on business restructuring, including chapter 11 restructurings, complex bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency-related matters, both in and out of bankruptcy court. He represents debtors, indenture trustees, financial institutions, utilities, and secured and unsecured creditors, providing strategic advice on various issues arising in connection with financial distress. Reginald regularly defends creditors in bankruptcy-related contested matters and adversary proceedings, and he advises on fraudulent conveyance and voidable transaction issues. He also represents mortgage servicers with respect to inquiries by chapter 13 trustees in bankruptcy and consumer law claims arising under federal and state statutes.
