Mike is a partner in the firm’s Insurance Recovery Group and his practice is focused on representing corporate policyholders in complicated coverage disputes with their insurers. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to litigating claims for coverage for alleged toxic-tort liabilities. In that regard, Mike has spent substantial time counseling clients and litigating about subjects as diverse as trigger of coverage, defense obligations, other-insurance clauses, insurer bad-faith claims-handling, and abstention. Mike also advises and represents clients with respect to many other issues relating to commercial general liability policies, management liability coverages, and other types of insurance.
