Brandon focuses his practice on a variety of commercial real estate financings and transactions. He regularly represents banks, lending institutions, owners and other institutional investors in loan transactions, including CMBS, C-PACE, USDA, portfolio, bridge and construction loans with respect to multifamily properties, healthcare facilities, hotels, shopping centers and other commercial and mixed-use assets.  In addition, Brandon represents borrowers in connection with acquisitions and financings across a variety of asset classes.
