Lauren is an associate in the Tax, Benefits & Wealth Planning Group, focusing on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She represents clients in a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefit matters, including drafting executive compensation arrangements, such as equity-based incentive compensation, employment, retention, severance and change-in-control agreements. Additionally, her practice deals with employee benefits and compensation issues arising from various transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings and other strategic transactions.
