Marvin supports the Complex Litigation and Financial Industry Groups. Marvin’s practice focuses on financial services litigation. Marvin represents major financial institutions in a variety of matters and at all stages of litigation. He routinely serves as lead counsel on cases involving contract-based claims, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related state laws.
