Michael undertakes a broad spectrum of employment work. He advises clients in contentious matters and has been involved in a large number of complex and high value Employment Tribunal cases. Michael has also been heavily involved in the employment aspects of a number of corporate transactions, both business sales (involving the application of TUPE) and share sales, and outsourcing matters. Michael advises on many areas of employment law including recruitment, termination, HR policy issues, post-termination restrictive covenants, discrimination, bonus disputes and individual and collective redundancy situations, a number of which include multi-jurisdictional issues.
