Andrew is a litigator whose practice focuses on financial services litigation and commercial disputes. A member of the firm’s financial services litigation practice group, he has experience representing financial services institutions in complex commercial litigation and class actions and has experience counseling companies regarding potential litigation exposure and litigation avoidance strategies. He represents clients in cases involving UCC Articles 3, 4 and 9, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and ERISA. He has served as lead counsel in large receivership and lender liability cases and also handles non-compete litigation for financial services clients.
