Patrick is a senior analyst in the Labor & Employment Group. As such, Patrick focuses on preparing Older Workers Benefit Protection Act documents.
He also performs work involving the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, including affirmative action programs, pay equity studies, personnel activity, and other required compliance evaluation submissions for the firm’s clients, as well as for OFCCP compliance reviews.
Patrick is proficient in BalanceAAP, BalancePay and Microsoft Office. He also prepares charge and event document chronologies for EEOC complaints.
