Adam frequently represents shipping and international trade clients, including traders, shipowners, charterers and their insurers, in arbitration and before the English High Court. He also previously lived and worked in Dubai, where he gained experience of the local market and the DIFC Courts.
In 2017, Adam completed a six months’ secondment to a member of the International Group of P&I Clubs, where he assisted shipowners in a range of P&I and FD&D matters.
Before qualifying as a lawyer, he worked for one of the largest maritime security companies providing anti-piracy support to ships off the east and west coasts of Africa.
