Camelia Tang is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team. She is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
Camelia assists in a broad range of disputes in the shipping and international trade arenas. She advises shipowners, charterers and insurers on disputes under charterparties, bills of lading and air waybills, and she has a particular interest in bunker (marine fuel) disputes.
Camelia has represented clients in ad hoc, LMAA, HKIAC, SIAC, SCMA and CMAC arbitrations.
Before the Hong Kong courts, Camelia has experience advising clients on admiralty matters and effecting the arrest of vessels to obtain security for underlying claims. She also advises on general commercial litigation, including enforcement of foreign judgments and awards and obtaining emergency injunctive relief.
