Brad is an associate in Reed Smith’s Intellectual Property group who specializes in patent litigation and complex procedural issues. Brad has helped clients resolve disputes involving sophisticated technologies in the solar power, oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and mobile communications industries. He has been involved in class litigation, most recently acquiring certification of a settlement class on behalf of a major oilfield services provider. Before attending law school, Brad worked for a cancer center developing quality assurance protocols for synchrotron-based proton therapy treatment systems.
