Daniel is an associate in the financial industry group at Reed Smith. He focuses his practice on structured finance, securities and corporate matters. He has represented issuers, underwriters, mortgage loan sellers and investors in the secondary debt market. Daniel routinely represents such parties with respect to public and private mortgage-backed securitizations. Daniel received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Binghamton University.
