Jennifer is an associate in the Energy & Natural Resources Group and focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on energy litigation and oil and gas law.  Jennifer is experienced in representing clients in contract and lease disputes, title disputes, royalty disputes and class actions, encroachments, and condemnations.  Jennifer has practiced in both federal and state court in Pennsylvania, and in federal court in West Virginia.  Jennifer also provides counseling on pipeline issues, including negotiating and drafting easement agreements and other related agreements.
