Jessica is an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group in China and Asia. Her practice focuses on regulatory and compliance matters, internal investigations, data privacy, and other compliance requirements with respect to anti-corruption / anti-bribery laws (such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws).
Jessica advises multinational corporations on issues relating to antitrust and competition laws, and provides services such as antitrust investigation, employee training and other general compliances matters.
Jessica also has experience in contentious employment matters and provides relevant legal services. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Jessica was a litigator focusing on employment litigation, including but not limited to ethics and compliance issues and employee disciplines.
