Nikki is a paralegal with the Global Corporate Group. She is responsible for trust and estate administration in New York and New Jersey, preparing and filing various state property transfer documents for recording. Nikki oversees payment of estate and trust expenses, prepares estate tax returns (Form 706, Form ET-706, and Form IT-Estate), and communicates with financial institutions regarding date-of-death account balance. Nikki also facilitates asset valuations and prepares gift tax returns (Form 709). She is a New York licensed notary public.
