Rob is an associate in the Labor & Employment Group. His practice focuses on labor and employment litigation involving issues of discrimination, hostile work environment, wage & hour, disability and leave laws, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, contractual disputes, retaliation, whistleblowing, wrongful termination, and labor arbitration issues. Rob is an experienced litigator and has represented both national and local employers in a variety of industries in federal and state court, as well as before federal, state, and local agencies, and arbitration.
