Eduardo represents employers both in state and federal court and has handled wage and hour matters alleging overtime violations under the FLSA. Eduardo also has experience advising and counseling clients on a range of employment matters, including COVID-19 responses and compliance with supplemental paid leave laws in various jurisdictions.
While in Law School, Eduardo was a summer associate with Reed Smith. Eduardo was also a Legal Intern for the Experanza Immigrant Rights Project where he represented detainees in bond hearings and assisted in completing appeals and asylum petitions.
