Eric is a partner in the firm's Executive Compensation, Private Client and Tax Group. He helps clients understand and apply federal income tax laws to corporate, partnership, exempt-organization and international transactions, with an emphasis on partnership transactions. Eric has advised clients on a number of tax-free mergers, tax-free divisive reorganizations, taxable stock acquisitions, taxable asset acquisitions, partnership formations, partnership terminations, investment opportunities for exempt organizations, and corporate restructuring for multinational companies.
