Tania is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources Group. Her practice is focused on energy and industrial projects construction, federal contracting, and complex commercial disputes.
She has a wide variety of experience working in matters related to federal contracting and construction, including: due diligence for financing and M&A matters related to government contractors; regulatory investigatory matters involve export control violations, FRCP, and False Claims act matters; labor and employment matters including whistleblowing and discrimination matters, along with employee non-compete disputes and negotiations. She also has represented private contractors, owners, and subcontractors on cradle to grave issues stemming from contract drafting and proposals, contract administration, and claims.
