Brenda’s practice focuses on counseling and litigating on behalf of multi-national banks and financial institutions regarding a wide variety of consumer finance and consumer protection issues in both state and federal court, including consumer protection statutes and regulatory compliance under FDCPA, RESPA, FCRA and TILA. She also advises financial services and other Fortune 500 companies on issues related to consumer protection laws and regulatory compliance.
