Lauren is a member of the Global Regulatory Enforcement group. She represents corporations and individuals in government investigations, criminal and regulatory proceedings, and civil litigation. Lauren also works with the Labor and Employment group representing employers in a wide variety of employment-related disputes, including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and equal pay. Lauren defends these employers against claims for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
