Kristin Wells is a partner in Reed Smith's Global Corporate Group in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. She is the former Co-Leader of the US Corporate Securities Practice Group‎. Kristin represents public and private companies in a wide range of matters, concentrating in domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industries.
