Reiss joined Reed Smith with a great deal of experience, having practiced creditor’s rights law for over 18 years. As a member of Reed Smith’s Complex Litigation Group, Reiss focuses his legal skills on defending financial services clients in federal and state courts actions pertaining to the Federal Fair Debt Collections Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth-in-Lending Act and state foreclosure and consumer protection statutes.
